Return Policy

Shipping, Cancellation, & Returns

Domestic Shipping:

  • Orders typically arrive within 5-10 days.
  • Orders placed before 1 pm on a business day usually ship the same day (subject to processing and stock availability).
  • Weekend and holiday orders ship the following business day.
  • Tracking information will be sent via email/SMS.

Cancellations:

  • Cancel within 6 hours of ordering for a full refund (within 21 days).
  • Contact customer support at care.aquafresh@gmail.com or 8860-7070-40 to cancel.

General:

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders for incorrect pricing or other reasons.
  • Refunds will be issued in full if your order cannot be delivered due to our error.
  • You are responsible for additional costs if re-delivery is necessary due to incorrect address or other customer-related reasons.

Returns/Replacements:

  • Returns/replacements accepted within 7 days for non-perishable items in unused/unopened condition.
  • Exceptions include perishable items, gift certificates, used/opened items, and items not returned as received.
  • Contact customer support with your order number and return reason before sending any items back.
  • We will arrange replacements through our logistics partner.
  • You are responsible for one-way shipping costs for replacement requests.
  • We reserve the right to charge for import duties/taxes incurred if returned items are subject to them.

International Shipping & Returns:

  • Please note:
    • Import taxes, customs duties, and fees may apply.
    • Manufacturer warranties and service options may not be valid.
    • Products may not comply with destination country standards.
    • You are responsible for ensuring lawful import.
  • Returns accepted within 15 days of receipt in original packaging and resalable condition.
  • We do not reimburse customs/import duties, brokerage fees, or taxes.
  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs and any import duties/taxes incurred.

Additional Information:

  • Damaged items: Contact customer support immediately for insurance claim assistance.
  • Refund processing time: 2 weeks after receiving returned goods.
